Order Method

Below is a simple guide to help the new client through the process of commissioning a project. 

Image Gallery

First of all, we have hundreds of photos on our website. Make sure you like what you see there before you set up a commission.

Send us a email

After you have gone through our images gallery and think our painting style is suitable for you, you can now send us a email telling what exactly you want.  Be sure to tell us if you are providing the models to be painted and or let us buy the models for you.  Tell me more details about your project, e.g.. the color scheme, regiment with full command or not, etc...... 

Getting a quote

Once weˇ¦ve received your email, we will give you a quote for the whole project.  The quote will include the time for the whole project and all prices you have to pay later, including the painting service and shipping charges. You can alter, amend, or eliminate items as you see fit. 

At the end, if you think the price is OK please send us your confirmation via email.  Once weˇ¦ve received your confirmation we will start our work immediately. 

Project start

We require 30% to 50% of the total cost as a down payment.
If you are sending us models, weˇ¦ll need them at least a week before the scheduled start of the project.  This will allow me to get the preparation work done.

Project Done

When a project is done, we will take pictures for the whole project.  Before your models are sent, you will get an email with pictures of your models. You will reply to the email with a request for alteration or an approval. We are willing to make alterations or touch up minor errors.
